Parliamentary and Administrative Research Institute (PARI) is an institute that conducts research and provides capacity-building courses on various topics, including Parliamentary Procedure, Public Policy Management, Public Health Policy Administration, Anti-Corruption, and Vigilance Management. These courses are designed to help officers of Ministries, Departments, and Autonomous bodies under the central government build their capacity and be efficient in public service. PARI has collaborated with international organizations to organize courses on topics such as Anti-Corruption in a Parliamentary Democracy. The institute is located in New Delhi.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Assistant who will be responsible for tasks related to credit control, petty cash management, finance, file management, statement records maintenance, invoicing, communication, GST, and accounting. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. It may, from time to time, require visits to the Chartered Accountant's office and other related offices.

• Credit Control and Accounting skills
• Experience in finance and financial transactions
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Salary Range

INR 23,000 to INR 27,000
