Job Description - Account Development Representative

We are looking for a proactive Account Development Representative (ADR) to support our media sales efforts by identifying potential clients, generating qualified opportunities, and building a strong pipeline for the sales team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with outbound outreach and engaging with prospective clients.

Preferred Candidate: Female

Joining: Immediate or within 15–20 days

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential prospects and target accounts within the media industry.
Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect interactions in the CRM.
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Consistently meet lead generation and meeting scheduling targets.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in account development, lead generation, or business development.
Experience with cold outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Strong communication and relationship -building skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
Self -motivated with a strong interest in sales and client development.
