Job Description - Account Documentation Lead

We are seeking a meticulous and detail -oriented Accounts Documentation Lead professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. You will play a key role in managing reconciliations, tax compliance, financial reporting, and accounts management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation: Lead the reconciliation of accounts, including bank, vendor, customer, and inter -company accounts. Resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
  • Tax & Compliance: Oversee Income Tax and TDS return filing, handle corrections, and ensure tax compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring the correct classification of Assets, Liabilities, Revenue, and Capitalization.
  • Accounts Management: Manage Trade Receivables/Payables, and oversee asset and liability tracking.
  • Documentation & Leadership: Lead the documentation team, ensuring adherence to internal controls, and regularly update procedural documents.
  • Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reconciliations.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • CA Intermediate qualification is must.
  • Proven experience in accounts management or
    related field.

  • Strong knowledge of reconciliation processes and
    financial reporting.

  • Expertise in tax compliance, including Income
    Tax and TDS returns.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational
    skills.

  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
