About Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated sales professional who is willing to work in a fast growing organization contributing to the growth in the Digital Engineering space. The ideal candidate should have IT sales background and candidate should demonstrate the ability to identify, qualify and convert prospects / leads into clients.
Responsibilities:
Ability to drive sales from lead generation to closure in digital engineering primarily in application development and data engineering. Focus on acquisition of new customers with ability to work as an individual contributor selling to organizations in USA
Ownership & participation of end to end sales cycle for new client acquisitions
Participation on sales & proposal presentations
Experience in account mining, growth and customer satisfaction
Managing & nurturing existing customers
Need to travel for client meetings
Educate prospective customers on the merits of ProArch wide range of services, skills and expertise
Develop account presence with senior client personnel
Negotiate deals
Need to work on over lap of time zones
Work closely with Presales Team, Delivery Team, and Client Partners in defining appropriate strategy to win the clients.
Ability to drive through client interactions, make presentations and driving in-person client meetings.
Build relationships with CXO level. To liaise with accounts, build a relationship, ensure regular follow-ups, and pursue up selling.
Ensure sales targets and conversion metrics are met. Diligently track and report progress of leads.
Targerts: Deliver results in line or exceeding given revenue targets of $1.5M
IT Services Sales, CXO level engagement, Strategic Alliances, Consultative Selling, managing relationships with clients and internal functions.
Minimum 10+ years of directly related experience in IT Sales
Must have the ability to prospect, qualify, and capture new business opportunities
Disciplined in sales forecast, maintaining customer relationships and communication with internal stake holders
Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving aggressive targets (minimum $2 Million)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the initiative and build strong productive relationships
Technically sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends
Strong presentation skills, listening skills and customer service skills
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
