Responsibilities:

New Business Development:



  • Proactively hunt for new clients and opportunities within the AI and Cloud Contact Center space with potential of professional services.

  • Identify potential leads, qualify prospects, and build a robust pipeline.

  • Drive revenue growth by closing deals with new customers.

  • Perform value-based negotiations with customers. 

 

Market Penetration:







  • Explore untapped markets and verticals.

  • Position our AI and SaaS offerings effectively to address client pain points.

  • Develop strategies to expand our footprint and market share.

 

Sales Leadership:



  • Set ambitious targets and follow plan proactively.

  • Foster collaborative and results-driven sales culture.

  • Drive effective sales processes and methodologies.

 

 






Requirements

Network:



  • Strong existing network within the AI and SaaS ecosystem.

  • Ability to establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives.

Experience:



  • Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in AI and SaaS.

  • Minimum [5 to 8] years of successful sales management experience.

  • Market Insight:


    • Understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

    • Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.


Tech Sales Skills:



  •    Familiarity with Microsoft AI & Software solutions.

  •    Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
