Account Executive

We're looking for a proactive and detail -oriented Account Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience in accounting operations, preferably gained in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm, and be eager to work in a fast -paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining accurate General Ledger (GL) records.
  
• Perform monthly and quarterly bank reconciliation and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
  
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
  
• Process vendor invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
  
• Prepare and file GST returns while ensuring statutory compliance.
  
• Support audits by providing necessary financial records and documentation.
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance -related requirements and documentation.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  
• 2 to 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm.
  
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
  
• Working knowledge of GST compliance and statutory filings.
  
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
  
• Good command of MS Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
