Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Professional to manage end-to-end financial operations, including billing, collections, payments, cash flow management, banking, bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, maintain statutory compliance, implement strong internal controls, monitor budgets and cost variances, drive process improvements, and support special finance projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations, including billing, collections, payments, cash flow management, banking, and bookkeeping.
  


• Prepare and file various tax returns while ensuring timely statutory compliance.
  


• Maintain accurate, complete, and real-time financial records and reports.
  


• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, reliability, and compliance through disciplined financial processes.
  


• Develop and implement financial policies and internal control mechanisms.
  


• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, legal, and corporate requirements.
  


• Monitor budgets, track actual expenses, analyze cost variances, and prepare financial reports.
  


• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement lean operational practices.
  


• Support audits and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  


• Undertake special finance and business improvement projects as assigned.
  

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/CPA/CMA qualification is an advantage).
  


• Experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and financial operations.
  


• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
  


• Experience with budgeting, cash flow management, and variance analysis.
  


• Understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and financial governance.
  


• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  


• High attention to detail with strong accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  


• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous process improvements.
