HuskyVoiceAI is a Voice AI platform that helps businesses handle inbound calls, book appointments, qualify leads, and follow up automatically — in multiple languages. We work with industries like clinics/hospitals, real estate, hospitality, and service businesses, building reliable Voice AI systems that teams can deploy fast and trust every day.
We’re hiring a quota -carrying Account Executive (2–3 years experience) to own the full sales cycle for HuskyVoiceAI — from discovery and demo to proposal, negotiation, and closing. You’ll work closely with product and implementation teams to win deals and expand usage.
This is a high -ownership role: you’ll be responsible for hitting monthly/quarterly revenue targets, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and improving win rates with strong deal execution.
Own the full sales cycle: discovery â demo â proposal â negotiation â closure
Run high -quality product demos tailored to customer workflows (inbound calls, appointment booking, lead qualification, multilingual needs, integrations)
Build and manage a pipeline via inbound + outbound (calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn)
Create proposals and commercials with clear assumptions (usage: minutes/credits, phone number needs, integrations, onboarding/support)
Negotiate & close deals: handle objections, approvals, procurement, contracting, and billing (including GST when needed)
Coordinate with implementation/support for smooth handoffs, success criteria, and go -live timelines
Maintain strong CRM hygiene: stages, notes, next steps, forecasting
Track weekly performance and continuously improve messaging, pitch, and follow -ups
Consistent pipeline generation and clean forecasting
High -quality demos with clear next steps and fast follow -ups
Reliable closures and improvements in win -rate over time
What we’re looking for
2–3 years of experience in sales / business development (B2B SaaS preferred). Strong B2C closers who want to move to B2B are welcome.
Experience selling to SMBs / mid -market is a plus (healthcare, real estate, hospitality, services, etc.).
Exposure to a high -velocity sales process (high volume leads, fast follow -ups, quick iterations, daily pipeline movement).
Comfortable running the full sales cycle: discovery â demo (or product walkthrough) â proposal â negotiation â closing.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and sell a solution to business owners and decision -makers.
Ability to handle objections confidently (pricing, trust, ROI, “we already have a receptionist/call center”, etc.).
Good discipline with CRM hygiene: updating stages, notes, next steps, and follow -up timelines.
Comfortable with phone -first + WhatsApp -first selling (calls, WhatsApp follow -ups, email sequences).
Interest in Voice AI / AI -powered selling — curiosity to learn tools, prompts, scripts, and use AI to improve conversion.
Languages: English + Hindi required. Bonus if you speak Marathi / Telugu / Tamil / Kannada / Bengali / Malayalam.
Based in Bengaluru and available for office -only work from HSR Layout.

Experience selling SaaS, automation, telephony, CRM, or marketing tech.
Experience selling to industries like healthcare, real estate, hospitality, services, staffing, etc.
Comfortable with numbers: basic ROI math, usage -based pricing understanding (minutes/credits), and proposal structuring.
