Location Hyderabad (Workfrom office transport provided)
InterviewProcess F2F at office (only oneround)
Mandatory skills : B2CSales
Experience 2 years or plus we canconsider 1 year plus as well if candidate posses right skills andAttitude
Calling experience (International)with Neutral Accent
Qualification Diploma/graduate /Post graduate
Need to haveexperience in any US /UK/AUS regionswork experience.
Complete Night shifts.(US/UK/Australia)
Salary breakup (Fixed 80 %/Variable 20%)
Notice period 15 to 30days.(ImmediateJoiners)

Qualifications: Candidatemust possess at least a Diploma Advanced/Higher/Graduate DiplomaBachelors Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree MastersDegree in any field.
Experience: Preferablewith 2 years of working experience in the related field is requiredfor this position. However fresh graduates are encouraged toapply.
Strong time management skills andmotivation to exceedexpectations
Multitasking: Enjoy working in afastpaced environment and be able to balance multiple tasks at thesame time
Tools: Comfortable working withcomputers and the ability to work with multiple systems and theability to learn and adapt to newones
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills in English and the language of the supportingmarket.

Whatis your mission
Build strongrelationships with customers by providing bestinclass customerexperience identifying opportunities to improve their performancePartner with different departments to assist better for customersEnhance department and organizations reputation by acceptingownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploringopportunities to add value to jobaccomplishments
Own all aspects of the talentbrand campaign to ensure client objectives are met from makingrecommendations on target audiences to proving ROI through campaigninsights
Collaborate with product teams toimprove service offerings and campaign management tools and ensureour customer needs are met
Support customercommunication and education including a bestinclass experience andad hoc education needs
Any other duties andresponsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management fromtime to time within your category of employment in the organizationand for the effective implementation maintenance and continualimprovement of the Quality Management System ofTDCX.
