Job Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting department, including financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable. They will analyze financial data, prepare statements, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. The Accounts Manager will ensure compliance with financial regulations, liaise with external auditors, and implement efficient processes to improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and review budgets and financial forecasts.
• Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Supervise and train accounting staff as necessary.
