Account Manager

We're hiring experienced Account Managers to manage and coordinate residential and commercial solar projects. You will ensure projects move smoothly through stages, troubleshoot issues, and work across departments to resolve bottlenecks.

• Oversee the daily progress of solar installation projects
• Identify and resolve delays or blockers in workflow
• Coordinate with different teams (design, permitting, operations)
• Monitor project timelines, updates, and customer expectations
• Use internal tools and project management portals to manage tasks

• Minimum 1–2 years of mangement experience in logistics, construction, or related fields
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• High-level comprehension and decision-making ability
• Not an IT/coding project manager — operational experience required
• Familiarity with portals and workflow tools
