We are seeking an Account Manager who will partner with brands to ensure seamless use of our platform for creator discovery, selection, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a tech-savvy, hands-on approach. This is a highly assistive role where you will empower brands to make the most of our platform while building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist brands in navigating and operating the platform for creator discovery based on campaign objectives, criteria, and budgets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
- Provide proactive recommendations on creator selection and campaign setup.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in client-facing roles, account management, or B2B relationship management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and hands-on, comfortable using SaaS platforms or digital tools.
- Assistive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
