Job Description - Account Manager

About the Role  


The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a blend of consultative selling, market understanding, and strong communication skills to deliver value-driven solutions to clients.


 
Responsibilities 



  • Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across target markets

  • Understand client needs and align Frost & Sullivan’s offerings accordingly

  • Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

  • Collaborate with internal research and consulting teams to deliver customised solutions

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools



Qualification & Skills



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or consulting sales

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset

  • Familiarity with market research or consulting services is a plus

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
