Position - Account Manager

Required Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Client servicing / Account management experience
• Stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Problem -solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliverables

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain client relationships through regular communication
• Provide excellent post -sales support and onboarding experience
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain client records and project updates
• Analyze performance data and share business insights with clients
• Ensure timely receivables and smooth account operations
• Encourage repeat business and client satisfaction
