Account Manager

I'm the founder of PyjamaHR - 600+ companies run their hiring on our ATS. I'm hiring an Account Manager to own client relationships alongside me.

You'll start with a small book of accounts and be their person. One hour it's walking a new client's HR team through onboarding, the next it's chasing a renewal, then getting engineering unstuck on a client issue and closing the loop before they ask twice. You'll own the billing side of your accounts too - catching the missed renewal or the account on the wrong plan before it costs real money.

The interesting part: we don't scale this with headcount, we scale it with systems. AI drafts your follow-ups, workflows flag silent accounts before they churn, renewals surface before they lapse - you build that with me, and your book grows only as fast as your systems can carry it. The application asks what you've actually built with AI - that answer matters more than your CV.

How we work: I use AI tools heavily. You'll often get a researched brief - which account, what's wrong, what to say - and your job is flawless execution and closing loops without being reminded.

Prior account management experience is not required. Sharp communication, ownership, and AI-nativeness matter more than the title you held.

Hybrid role: first few weeks in office (Koramangala) while you ramp up, flexible after that.

Must have: based in Bengaluru, excellent written and spoken English, comfortable on calls with senior HR folks and founders, self-starter who doesn't wait to be told twice.

Compensation: Rs 6-12 LPA, full time.
