We are looking for an Account Manager to increase revenue growth within our current customer base. This role is primarily focused on generating revenue rather than relationship management, with a strong emphasis on expanding revenue from existing accounts by cross-selling new business lines, upselling based on volume and adoption, handling contract renegotiations during renewals, and closing deals sourced from referrals. The position requires close cooperation with customer success managers, product teams, and account executives to maximize growth opportunities and influence the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
Introduce new business lines such as Instagram, voice, email, and app to existing accounts through cross-selling.
Drive increased product usage and higher contract values at renewal by upselling on volume and adoption.
Conduct customized demos for each new business line launched, tailored to the specific context of each brand.
Manage the entire commercial process for standard deals, escalating large or complex transactions to an AE as necessary.
Maintain and grow the referral pipeline from current customers and nurture warm leads provided by CSMs.
Analyze account data including usage, attribution, and contract schedules to proactively identify opportunities for expansion.
Collaborate with the Product team when deals require features that are not yet available, contributing to the product roadmap based on field insights.
Qualifications
2 to 4 years of experience in a closing role such as Account Management, Inside Sales, or AE, with demonstrated success closing warm deals.
Proficiency in delivering live, unscripted product demos that align features with the specific challenges of a brand.
A revenue-driven mindset combined with strong relationship-building skills, focused on increasing key metrics.
Comfortable working with data, including extracting usage and attribution metrics to support discussions before calls.
Commercial savvy including deal scoping, managing pricing objections, and guiding renewals.
Preferred: experience selling to D2C brands, within the Shopify ecosystem, or in martech and conversational AI sectors.
