Job Overview

ConsultBae is looking for an Account Manager – IT Staffing to manage client relationships, understand hiring requirements, coordinate recruitment delivery, and drive account growth within our Recruitment Services vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and build strong relationships with existing clients and hiring managers.


• Understand client requirements, skill sets, priorities, and hiring timelines.


• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality candidate delivery.


• Monitor submissions, interviews, selections, and closures for assigned accounts.


• Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal recruitment teams.


• Follow up with clients for feedback, interviews, selections, and closures.


• Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.


• Identify new requirements and opportunities for account growth.


• Maintain recruitment and account-related data in ATS/CRM and prepare regular reports.


• Support business development and new client acquisition initiatives when required.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment, Account Management, or Client Management.


• Experience in a recruitment/staffing agency is preferred.


• Strong understanding of IT recruitment and staffing processes.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.


• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple clients and requirements simultaneously.


• Target-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.


• Familiarity with ATS/CRM, recruitment portals, LinkedIn, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
