Role Overview:

We are looking for a high -caliber Account
Manager to lead recruitment delivery for ERGO. This role blends strategic client management with hands -on sourcing expertise, ensuring
world -class talent acquisition across IT, Digital, BPS, and ITES domains.

Key
Responsibilities

Â· Strategic Stakeholder
Management: Act as the trusted advisor to ERGO Business Heads and HR
Leaders; align recruitment strategies with business goals and manage account
health & SLAs.

Â· Client
& Partnership Governance: Ensure seamless communication between
ERGO and 2COMS delivery teams, driving performance and accountability.

Â· Hands -on
Sourcing Expertise: Personally identify and headhunt niche talent
beyond conventional channels.

Â· Multi -Domain
Delivery: Execute talent acquisition across multiple verticals,
meeting global standards of excellence.

Â· Data -Driven
Decision Making: Leverage recruitment analytics to inform strategy and
provide insights to leadership.
