Account Manager – Software Sales (Account Mining +
Hunter | Field/Onsite)
Role Overview
Drive revenue growth inside existing, assigned customer accounts only by identifying and
closing expansion opportunities including cross -sell, up -sell, upgrades, renewals, and
license/user growth.
This is a field/onsite role, primarily working from customer locations, with ownership of
account wallet expansion and contract continuity.
Key Responsibilities
â Generate pipeline through deep account mining and internal opportunity discovery
â Expand revenue via multi -product sales, plan upgrades, and license/user scaling
â Conduct solution demos, commercials, proposals, negotiations, and closures
â Build, map, and influence stakeholders across functions like IT, Product, Finance,
Procurement, HR, Security, and Business units
â Drive product adoption intelligence (usage insights, adoption gaps, scale triggers)
â Partner with internal pre -sales & delivery for feasible, outcome -led account commitments
â Own renewals, contract extensions, and wallet share growth
â Maintain daily pipeline and forecast updates in Zoho CRM
