Account Manager – Software Sales (Expansion & Renewals)

Location: Field/Onsite | Experience: 4 -7 years

About the Role

Drive revenue growth within existing customer accounts through cross -sell, upsell, license expansion, and renewals. This is a field sales role requiring regular onsite engagement with assigned accounts.

What You'll Do

• Mine expansion opportunities within assigned accounts (multi -product sales, upgrades, user/license growth)
  
• Build relationships across IT, Finance, Procurement, HR, and Business stakeholders
  
• Conduct solution demos, negotiate commercials, and close expansion deals
  
• Own renewal pipeline and ensure contract continuity
  
• Track adoption trends and identify scale triggers
  
• Maintain daily CRM updates and forecast accuracy in Zoho CRM
