Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze customers’ requirements in order to map them properly.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience to manage multiple clients.
  • Excellent planning and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand different business verticals.
  • Ability to draft customer scope in proposal with required features and commercial.
  • Ability to showcase demo and gather customer requirement.
  • Experience working on general ledger, stock account, and bank reconciliation, cash flow Statement.
  • Collaborate with the client's implementation managers on User Acceptance Testing and End User Training.
  • Eager to learn new software and its implementations.
