This position focuses on safeguarding a rapidly expanding treasury. As we aim to scale from $1M to $10M in ARR in the coming years, it is crucial to maintain a high standard of financial rigor from the outset to establish a solid foundation for long-term growth.

Your responsibilities will include managing daily financial operations, accounts receivables (collections), and reconciliation. This role necessitates close collaboration with the CEO, executive team, and investors to formulate and implement financial strategies that promote growth and profitability.

Your Responsibilities

This position focuses on safeguarding a rapidly expanding treasury. As we aim to scale from $1M to $10M in ARR within the next few years, it is crucial to establish robust financial practices from the outset.

As an L0 Accounts Receivable Executive, you will be the frontline representative for collections. This role requires a high volume of calls and involves direct voice interactions, with your main duty being to facilitate timely collections through proactive outreach to clients and address billing issues.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to clients to follow up on overdue invoices and secure payments.
• Handle basic billing inquiries and payment issues over the phone.
• Establish a systematic follow-up routine for overdue accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to confirm invoice details as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and update payment records accordingly.
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience while facilitating collections.

What Makes You a Strong Candidate

• 0–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a voice-centric role.
• Experience engaging with Indian clients in a calling-intensive position is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in making outbound calls.
• Comfortable working with targets, daily call metrics, and structured follow-ups.
• Meticulous when it comes to updating records and tracking outstanding accounts.
• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
