We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist (L0) – Collections to manage day-to-day receivables, follow-ups, and reconciliation activities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong financial discipline and ensuring timely cash inflows in a fast-growing environment.
This is a calling-intensive, voice-based role where you will be responsible for proactive client outreach, structured follow-ups, and resolving payment-related concerns to drive timely collections.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to clients to follow up on outstanding invoices and secure payments.
Maintain a structured and consistent follow-up cadence for overdue accounts.
Resolve basic billing queries and payment-related concerns over calls in a professional manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to clarify invoice details or resolve discrepancies when required.
Update payment records accurately and maintain proper documentation of client interactions.
Support accounts reconciliation activities and ensure accuracy in receivable records.
Deliver a positive and professional customer experience while driving collections targets.
What Makes You a Good Fit
0–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, or voice-based processes.
Prior experience handling Indian clients in a calling-heavy environment is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills with confidence in managing outbound calls.
Comfortable working with targets, daily call volumes, and structured follow-up systems.
Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and tracking abilities.
Adaptable and open to working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
