Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results -drivenAccount Executiveto join our growing team in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to close, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in our Bangalore office two days a week, fostering collaboration and team synergy.
Key Responsibilities
The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within target markets, leveraging a deep understanding of client needs and Scrumconnect's service offerings. Building and maintaining strong, long -lasting client relationships is essential, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Key duties include managing the entire sales process—from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals. The role also involves staying informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities. Collaboration with delivery teams and solution architects is required to develop tailored solutions. Additionally, the candidate will maintain accurate sales forecasts and contribute to strategic planning to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in an Account Executive or similar sales role, preferably within the IT consulting or digital services sector. Demonstrable experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets is highly valued. A strong understanding of the sales process and effective negotiation techniques is required.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with senior stakeholders. We are looking for a self -motivated, proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is expected, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
