Role Overview : The company is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial records, reconciliations, invoicing, taxation-related documentation, and payment tracking in a fast-paced travel technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain purchase, sales, expense, payment, and receipt records.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare client invoices and follow up on payments.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform bank, wallet, supplier, and customer reconciliations.

  
  


• 
  

  Track receivables and payables.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain GST/TDS records and coordinate statutory compliance.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in monthly and annual account closing.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare MIS and financial reports.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain proper financial documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.

  
  

Required Skills

• 
  

  Knowledge of accounting principles.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong numerical and analytical skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Good communication and documentation skills.

  Attention to accuracy and confidentiality.

  
  

Preferred

Experience in travel, technology, SaaS, OTA, or software companies will be an advantage.
