We bridge the gap between real estate transactions and financial accountability—delivering precision, speed, and audit-ready systems for high-velocity property portfolios across residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets. Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting for real estate portfolios: record transactions, reconcile bank statements, and maintain ledgers for multiple properties.


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements—including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports—for investor and internal review.


• Process vendor payments, tenant receivables, and manage property expense accruals with accurate month-end cut-offs.


• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS), GST, TDS, and property-specific tax regulations.


• Collaborate with legal and operations teams to audit lease agreements, rental income, and capital expenditure documentation.


• Automate reporting via accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) and support ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic property decisions.
