• Handle and process business transactions within the defined task field
• Collaborate with other units and customers/suppliers to resolve issues
• Review, assign accounts for, and post business transactions
• Manage open items list and maintain master data
• Oversee payment transactions and accounts receivable, including instalment agreements
• Handle general correspondence and provide data/information as required
