You can also follow us on LinkedIn and Instagram.\n\nJob Description Summary\n\nYou will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. \nThe Engagement to Cash Processing team provides services to clients and organizations by helping them in the areas of optimizing working capital, providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamlining billing processes. This team overlooks the Cash application \u0026 Collection, Reporting and Reconciliations.\n\nJob Description\n\nWe are looking for individuals who have the following skillset:\n\n * Adaptable and flexible\n * Ability to establish strong client relationship\n * Ability to work well in a Team\n * Ability to handle disputes\n * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders\n\n\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\n * Prepare and post monthly revenue-related journal entries and account reconciliations\n * Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and financial reporting\n * Work closely with billing, collections, and sales teams to resolve discrepancies\n * Maintain and improve revenue recognition processes and internal controls\n * Resolving Audit Queries raised by both Internal and external auditors\n * Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to management as needed\n * Good accounting knowledge to manage transactions recorded in sub-ledger and perform reconciliations between Subledger and GL.\n * This position will not include supervising employees where applicable\n\n\n\nAdditional Job Description\n\n * Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Outlook \u0026 Power Point\n * Working knowledge of financial reporting\n * SAP Knowledge will be an added advantage\n\n\n\nAdditional Information \nWe are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status. \nPlease note, AI is used as part of the application process.\n\n\n\n
