The Accounting Specialist is a force multiplier for the Accounting Team. You protect margin, keep our books clean, and make the back-end feel effortless for the teams and vendors who rely on you. On any given day, you may be chasing down vendor invoices immediately after jobs close, validating charges against job context and client receivables, catching mismatches in dates/timestamps/rates, and building a clean audit trail so billing becomes repeatable and frictionless—not reactive and messy.

You’ll work closely with Operations, Journey, Network, and other internal stakeholders to ensure every cost is captured, every invoice is accurate, and every payment is executed on time—especially across complex, multi-day, multi-market movements. You’ll also own the operational infrastructure behind AP: vendor follow-up rhythms, inbox routing, documentation standards, and exception handling that keeps our invoice cycle time tight and our vendor payments clean.

This is an on-site role in India (Bangalore or Gurgaon) reporting to the Accounting Team Lead. Individuals who thrive in this role:

• Possess exceptional attention to detail and can spot inconsistencies in dates, timestamps, rates, currencies, and job context.


• Own the process end-to-end and follow up proactively—without needing reminders.


• Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors and internal teams (email/phone/text).


• Stay calm under pressure and handle exceptions without dropping standards.


• Are comfortable working in billing/accounting systems and learning new tools quickly.


• Protect sensitive financial and banking information with high integrity and discretion.


• Have 1–3 years in billing, AP/AR, operations finance, or similar work; experience in complex services or multi-market billing is a plus.
