As a trusted advisor, you’ll support, utilize and maintain MNP’s technology to ensure smooth IT operations, enabling team members to work efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide front‑line and
  escalation support for assigned applications, including working papers, tax
  software, cloud solutions, enterprise platforms, or internally developed tools.
  
• Assess incoming requests,
  determine root cause, and resolve or escalate issues promptly to development
  teams, product owners, or third‑party vendors as required.
  
• Build trust with internal users
  through professionalism, responsiveness, and clearly communicated solutions.
  
• Document troubleshooting steps,
  resolutions, and workarounds in the knowledge base; support KCS‑aligned content
  creation.
  
• Assist in preparing release
  notes, training materials, and user‑focused documentation.
  
• Develop a strong understanding
  of application functionality from the user’s perspective to improve business
  processes.
  
• Identify recurring issues and
  collaborate with development or product teams to improve system stability and
  usability.
  
• Contribute ideas to enhance
  operational workflows, user experience, or support processes.
  
• Engage with internal product
  leaders, SMEs, developers, and external vendors to resolve prioritized issues.
  
• Escalate complex or unclear
  issues with thorough documentation and clarity.
  

Requirements

Skills:​

• Experience with business
  applications such as working paper systems, tax applications, CRM/ERP
  platforms, or enterprise productivity tools — depending on domain assignment.
  
• Strong troubleshooting,
  analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills
  with the ability to translate technical issues into language understandable by
  non‑technical users.
  
• Demonstrated customer‑service
  mindset and ability to build professional relationships.
  
• Collaborative approach with a
  willingness to learn and cross‑train.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor Or Masters Commerce/Accounting
  
• Bachelor Or Master of Business Administration
  

Experience:

• 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in a support role
  
• At least 2 years of experience in a full cycle accounting role
