Accounting Technician

SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Accounting Technician to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting various accounting activities within our dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role offers potential for professional growth and is ideal for a candidate who is eager to develop their financial skills and gain exposure to international finance operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Booking of Sales Order & Project Opening indent. (Customer PO’s for projects and services)
• A/R - Customer Invoicing for India (Projects and Services) and intercompany
• Assisting in filing GST Returns 
• Customs duty payment entries in SAP +Fund Transfer
• Import Payment to Foreign Vendors (Advance+balance) + document submission to bank for closure
• Month end closing tasks & year end task of changing all the Document numbers.
• Supporting Audits with reports & schedules (Statutory audit, Tax Audit, Transfer pricing)
• Monthly TDS payment computation and Payment
• Quarterly TDS return data preparation for filing returns and generation of TDS certificates
• Concur expense claim verification: Germany, Ireland, France, Brazil, India.
• Time & Attendance

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of ERP (SAP), MS Office/G-Suit tools 
• Good Communication Skills
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Graduate in Accountancy
