Job Description - Accounts & Backoffice

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts and Back Office Executive to manage financial operations and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will handle accounting processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate records, contributing to efficient back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records, process invoices, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
  • Handle tax filings, GST, TDS, and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Support data entry, documentation, and report generation.
  • Coordinate with departments to streamline workflows.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Experience: 1+ years in accounting or back-office roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
