Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
• Conduct thorough tax research and provide informed recommendations to clients
• Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time for various entities
• Assist clients with tax planning and strategy to minimize tax liabilities
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations
• Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Provide support during audits, including preparation and documentation of necessary records

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Proven experience in an accounting role, preferably with a focus on taxation
• Strong understanding of accounting software and proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in financial data review
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• Knowledge of current tax laws and regulations to provide accurate information
