Accounts Executive

Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. This is an entry/junior level position ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Laisoning with Banks for raising funds for clients
• Perform daily data entries in Tally or other accounting software
• Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial reports
  
• Support GST, TDS, and other tax compliance processes by preparing documentation and calculations
• Help in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documents
• Assist the senior team in audits, reconciliations, and financial analysis
• Stay updated with basic accounting and tax practices

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, BBA, M.Com, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principle
• Familiar with GST, TDS, and other tax-related compliance is a plus
• Good communication skills for interacting with banks and internal teams
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Freshers are welcome, prior internship experience in accounting is an added advantage
