Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle GST data entry, calculations, and timely filing (GSTR -1, GSTR -3B, etc.)
  
• Ensure compliance with GST and service tax regulations
  
• Manage TDS returns and assist with income tax filings
  
• Coordinate with government authorities for tax, audit, and compliance matters
  
• Verify balance sheets and ensure accuracy before audit submission
  
• Maintain complete and organized financial records, invoices, and documentation
  
• Process GST on purchase bills and manage related returns
  
• Support statutory audits with required data and documentation
  
• Assist in automating GST reporting and improving data processes
  

Eligibility & Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST rules and compliance
  
• Basic understanding of TDS and income tax
  
• Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
