Assist in maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets under the guidance of senior staff.
Learn to process invoices, issue payments, and follow up on outstanding payments. Assist in managing accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
Support in reconciling bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.
Learn about tax regulations and assist in basic tax-related tasks under the guidance of senior staff.
Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments regarding financial matters.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong interest in finance and accounting.
Knowledge of Tally is a plus
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
