Job Role : Accounts Executive

Experience : 1 -3 years

Qualifications : B.com/ M.com

Salary : 20 -30k per month

Roles and Responsibilities: -

1.Daily petty cash statement /foreign payment

2. Weekly MIS report sent to another department.

3. Statutory liability working prepare and payment of Chalan /Return filling etc.

4. Purchase /Sales E -Invoice booking /Debt Note/Credit Note entry passing in books.

5. Knowledge to Tally Software & Excel for Various MIS.

6. GLA entries passing /Inter -Company Ledger reconciliation etc.

7. Corporate Credit Card /Mobile bill /Electricity bill payment /Mutual Fund /Salary entries etc.

8. Profit and Loss A/c & Ledger Scrutiny B/S Finalization.

9. Travelling Voucher /Admin Voucher/Expenses Voucher booking on daily basis.

10. Bank receipt & Payment entry on a daily basis.
