Role Overview

We are looking for a detail -oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage day -to -day financial operations, ensure compliance, and support the university’s financial health. The ideal candidate will bring accuracy, integrity, and a problem -solving mindset to the role.

Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting transactions including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations

Handle accounts payable and receivable processes

Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports

Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and reimbursements

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Maintain compliance with statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and audit requirements

Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation and approvals

Support internal and external audits

Maintain accurate records in accounting software/ERP systems

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (MBA/Marketing preferred)
1 -3 yrs of experience
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
