Accounts Executive (Parvat Patiya)

Role Overview:

A reputed textile company in the ethnic wear segment is urgently looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive to support its core finance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of GST and TDS processes, and will play a key role in maintaining day-to-day accounting accuracy within a fast-paced design-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, and GSTR-2A reports accurately
   




2. Handle TDS data preparation and ensure timely documentation
   




3. Maintain up-to-date financial records and pass daily accounting entries
   




4. Assist in bill reconciliation with vendors and other departments
   




5. Generate internal financial statements and assist in monthly closures
   




6. Support senior accounts personnel with ledger maintenance and statutory compliance
   




7. Maintain proper filing of documentation for audits and internal checks
   

Candidate Requirements:

1. Prior working knowledge of GST return filing and TDS preparation is essential
   




2. Prior accounting experience of 1 or 1.5+ years
   




3. Accuracy, accountability, and ability to work independently are a must
   




4. Candidates with prior experience in textile or apparel industry will be preferred
