Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Sachin GIDC, Surat
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Industry: Textile Manufacturing (Weaving Unit)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Accounts Executive with experience in Tally ERP and textile accounting to support day-to-day accounting and GST-related operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting entries, GST reports, and data management in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record purchase, sales, and journal entries in Tally ERP.
  


• Prepare and maintain GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2A reports.
  


• Ensure accurate accounting data entry and bookkeeping.
  


• Handle invoice entry and documentation.
  


• Maintain proper accounting records and support daily financial operations.
  


• Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation and reporting.
  


• Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
  

Requirements

• B.Com qualification.
  


• 1–3 years of experience in accounting/data entry.
  


• Experience working in the textile industry will be preferred.
  


• Hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP.
  


• Good understanding of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2A reports.
  


• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST.
  


• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  


• Male candidates will be preferred.
