Job Role

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, be proficient in Tally and Excel, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to quickly grasp new concepts. Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office

Experience: 6 months or 1+ years

Preferred Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance)

Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Record daily financial transactions, including expenses and revenues.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial documents.
- Perform bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of transactions.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Generate financial reports for management as needed.
- Utilize Tally for data entry and reconciliation.
- Use Excel at an intermediate level for data analysis and reporting.
- Maintain basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Exhibit a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and industry changes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve financial issues.
- Communicate professionally with vendors and clients regarding financial matters.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- A Master's degree in Finance (MBA in Finance) is preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Tally and intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
