Job Description - Accounts Manager

At Lytegen, we are committed to leading the renewable energy movement by delivering innovative solar solutions to our customers. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to help us maintain strong relationships with our clients while overseeing the financial health of their accounts.

Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, analyzing financial data, and ensuring that our services meet client needs effectively. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met on time.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Analyze account performance and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that services provided align with client expectations.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in a timely manner.
  • Support clients through the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to service renewals.
  • Implement strategies to enhance account management processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Proficiency in account management software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a desire to exceed client expectations.
