Accounts Manager

About the Opportunity
- This role will be responsible for all aspects of financial and statutory compliance management at Marvel Properties.
- The primary focus is to analyze day-to-day financial activities, regulatory compliance, and provide insights to top management on future financial plans and compliance changes.
- The role also involves managing statutory compliances, planning and execution of statutory audits, and liaising with external advisors.

Role & Responsibilities
- Preparing cash flow / fund flow statement and budgeting
- Preparing and presenting Accounts, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets on monthly basis to the Management
- Handling and end-to-end management of Statutory and Internal Audits
- Reconciliation of Statements
- Filing financials with RoC in co-ordination with the Company Secretary
- Co-ordinate with statutory auditors for financials finalization
- Reconciliation on all balance sheets accounts for all entities
- Financial Planning
- Raising funds through banks / institutions
- Other ad hoc duties and analysis which may be required from time to time
- Any other task assigned by Management

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- CA / Inter CA / M Com
- 12-15 years of overall experience in a similar position and/or with experience in statutory compliances, financial analysis, business operations, taxation, auditing, accounting, corporate finance etc. from the Real Estate / Construction Industry
- Sound knowledge of the relevant regulatory framework and regulations applicable
- Ability to prioritize work and perform under tight timelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and a team player
