Accounts Manager – MIS & Costing

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Manager – MIS & Costing for a leading manufacturing organization. This is a core Accounts & Finance role requiring strong experience in manufacturing finance, costing, MIS, ERP, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product costing, standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost analysis.


• Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and business performance reports for leadership.


• Perform variance analysis and support business decisions with meaningful financial insights.


• Monitor inventory accounting, stock valuation, ageing analysis, and cost allocation.


• Manage month-end closing, General Ledger reconciliations, and financial reporting.


• Work closely with Production, Stores, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate cost capture and inventory accounting.


• Support statutory, internal, and cost audits.


• Drive reporting automation and process improvements using ERP, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.

Desired Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Manufacturing Finance.


• Strong hands-on experience in Product Costing and Standard Costing.


• Good understanding of Inventory Accounting and Variance Analysis.


• Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred).


• Strong knowledge of MIS Reporting and Financial Analysis.


• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup Functions, Dashboards).


• Exposure to Power BI will be an added advantage.


• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.

Educational Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com


• CA Inter / CMA (ICWA) Inter preferred
