Accounts Payable

Since there is no tab available to select the title as 'Order Management,' we are selecting the title as 'Accounts Payable.' However, we require candidates who are either freshers or experienced specifically in Order Management. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Executive to handle end-to-end order processing. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate execution of customer orders, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Oracle.


• Review and validate purchase orders for completeness and compliance.


• Monitor order status and proactively resolve any issues or delays.


• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all order transactions.


• Generate reports related to order processing and fulfillment.


• Communicate professionally with customers regarding order updates and inquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• HSC or Bachelor's degree or related field preferred. ( Non IT Profile)


• 0–2 years of experience in order management or customer service roles.


• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.


• Team player with a collaborative attitude.
