  Dyson Business Services (DBS) organization provides process and service excellence to support Dyson’s growth ambitions with a goal of innovating and enhancing services over time to meet the changing needs of the business. 

  Responsibilities: 

  • Processing PO/NPO invoices in a timely and efficient manner 

  • Support Payment Team on weekly payments 

  • Answering internal and external queries received ensuring high quality of responses in order to increase customer satisfaction. 

  • Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders 

  • Collaborating with other teams in continuous improvement activities and initiatives focusing on delivering efficiency, transparency and standardization 

  • Creating and updating Work Instructions and any knowledge management files 

  Requirements: 

  • A proven experience of 1-3 years in similar role in other organization. 

  • Understanding of Procure to Pay end to end process. 

  • Good analytical skills and attention to details 

  • Ability to process high volumes of invoices with high accuracy. 

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 

  • Have a ‘Can-do’ attitude, highly self-motivated and deadline driven. 

  • Comfortable in a multi-cultural work environment and working with virtual teams. 

  • Working in a fast-paced team environment with high volume activities and changing priorities. 

  • Knowledge of SAP is an asset. 

  • Knowledge of Ariba is an asset.

  Eligibility Criteria for Internal Movements:

  • Minimum Tenure: Employees must have completed at least 18 months in their current role or with the organization.

  • Performance: Employees should typically have a satisfactory or above performance rating in their most recent appraisal cycle.

  • No Active Disciplinary Actions: Employees must not be under any active disciplinary actions or performance improvement plans.
