Accounts Receivable Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entry and preparation of reports; timely follow-up on collections and payments; and conducting stock audit.
• Tallying of Cash sales, Credit Card sales
• Follow up on Collections, Sales closures and Security deposit
• Prepare consolidated collection report EBO Store for the management
• Prepare Sales closure report
• Circulate Collection sheet to Retail team & Franchisees
• Enter receipts into Book of Accounts
• Follow up on Payments with Franchisee Commission, Agency Commission, Malls, EDC machines
• Provision for EBO expenses
• Rent / Cam / Other EBO Payments; Rent / Cam / Others-Tracking
• Follow up on bills for all EBO payments
• Any other Adjustment transactions
• Verify & release petty cash
• Make Discount/Credit Notes entries in books
• Incentive Workings
• Interest Working for Deposits in Books
• Reconciliations related to – Franchisee ledgers, Malls/landlords
• Stock quantity reconciliation report at Point of Sale (POS)
• Conduct a Stock Audit to verify physical numbers vs POS
• Depute resource for Stock Audit
• Outstanding related to Ledger
• Store conversion activities
• Profitability workings, Category wise sales report, Product wise sales report, Credit card analysis report, stock transfer between stores report
• New store dealer master creation
• Supporting documents for dealer master for Collections
• Follow up of Franchisee agreements, Mall agreements

Essential Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree from Finance & Accounting background with 2 - 5 years of experience in Accounts receivable
• Expertise in MS Excel and accounting software’s
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and knowledge of ERP systems
