Key Responsibilities

  Generate customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner for Imarticus and Bells.

  Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth billing and collection processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Post and accurately allocate collections.

  
  


• 
  

  Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance when booking sales and collection entries.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and maintain reports using Excel and other reporting tools.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Basic knowledge of taxation.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong Excel skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Tally software.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  Strong communication and coordination skills.
