Accounts Receivables Specialist(Collections)

As the company scales rapidly from $1M to $10M in ARR, this role is focused on safeguarding a growing treasury and building strong financial systems from the ground up. As one of the early hires in the finance function, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, with a strong focus on accounts receivables, collections, and reconciliation. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to ensure financial discipline and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue invoices for subscriptions and services.
• Track outstanding payments and proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely collections.
• Investigate and resolve billing queries or discrepancies with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate financial records, updating customer accounts and reconciling payments.
• Prepare and share regular AR reports, flagging overdue accounts and potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing and collection processes.
