The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Acquisition & Execution Center Manager to lead our efforts in converting, solutioning and executing complex projects within the Protection & Energy Automation Solution (PA SOL) Business. The candidate must have good knowledge on electrical protection systems, energy & substation automation solutions.  This role will play a crucial part in identifying opportunities, creating application solutions and overseeing the complete execution value chain

What do you contribute?

• You will be a part of the PA SOL Sales team operating as a mini acquisition cum execution center for complex projects. You will be heading a cross functional team including Sales, Project Management, Solution Architect & Design which will focus on technologies such as but not limited to digital substations, cybersecurity, Industrial Power Management Systems, Solar & Microgrid systems

• Team will be responsible for identifying opportunities for above verticals and maintaining strong CRM through market research and analysis

• Team will be responsible for preparation of techno-commercial offers, technical solutioning and acquisition for these verticals. Post acquisition, team will also be responsible for the different project phases including planning, design, manufacturing, configuration & commissioning

• Strong co-ordination will be required between the team, internal stakeholders (SCM, EHS, Quality etc.) and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, customers)

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics engineering

• Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales & execution roles within the protection & automation industry, with a focus on complex technologies

• Strong understanding of automation technologies, trends, and market dynamics.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
